Ellen DeGeneres’s Dancing Sidekick tWitch Gets His Own YouTube Series

Ellen DeGeneres’s sidekick and DJ/dancer on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, is getting his own spinoff series.

Called tWitch, Please…Help Me Dance, the series debuted today on DeGeneres’s YouTube channel and Ellentube. In the show, Boss teaches guests how to dance, starting with a high school senior in California who dreams of dancing next to Boss at his prom. Together, the senior, Isaiah Southall, and Boss end up performing for the former’s senior class at Los Angeles’s Fonda Theater on prom night. You can watch the full episode below:

The episode went up just a few hours ago on YouTube, and it’s already been watched over 63,600 times. It’s over five minutes long, and new episodes will debut every Friday. One future episode will see Boss instructing a flash mob.

Boss’s foray into fame came with his appearance on So You Think You Can Dance, where he was the runner-up contestant in 2008. He’s been on The Ellen DeGeneres Show since 2014. Now, he also appears alongside DeGeneres on her series Ellen’s Game of Games.

DeGeneres’s YouTube channel has over 25 million subscribers. Its other programming includes Momsplaining, starring Kristen Bell, and a future show in which YouTube star Hannah Hart offers advice.

tWitch Please…Help Me Dance was created by the Ellen Digital Network in partnership with Buick.
