Since premiering in early February, The Burger Show has been one of the most popular web series on YouTube, earning millions of views over just a few episodes. The show’s premise is simple: Host Alvin Cailan and his special guests cook up ridiculous burgers and talk about the culture of America’s most-ubiquitous foodstuff. Now, four of those over-the-top creations are available at a pop-up in New York City, which for one week will give Burger Show fans the opportunity to sample the show’s cuisine.
The pop-up with run from March 6 to March 13, with Cailan slinging burgers out of the Nolitan Hotel in Manhattan. Four menu options will be available, including a $40 “big bad burger burrito” that serves two to three people and a more reasonable option that combines the styles of regional favorites In N’ Out and Shake Shack. According to Complex Networks, which produces The Burger Show and distributes it via the First We Feast YouTube channel, The pop-up’s daily service will begin at 4 PM and will end whenever 125 burgers are sold.
Meanwhile, new installments of The Burger Show will continue to roll up the show’s impressive view count. The latest episode, which features Top Chef‘s Padma Lakshmi, explores the hamburgers of Northern New Jersey’s diners.
Cailan, who is best known as the chef behind Los Angeles breakfast sandwich establishment Eggslut, is no stranger to burger-themed pop-ups. A few months ago, he spent a week serving up fare inspired by the animated TV show Bob’s Burgers. It was his second Bob’s Burgers pop-up, following one last year in LA.
