YouTube Stars Rhett & Link Cement “Mythical” Status With Release Of First Book

An iconic YouTube duo has made its official entrance into the world of publishing. Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal, known collectively as Rhett & Link, have released a tome called Rhett & Link’s Book of Mythicality: A Field Guide to Curiosity, Creativity, and Tomfoolery, which has roared up the charts on Amazon.

The Book of Mythicality, announced back in February and published by  Crown Archetype, presents Rhett & Link’s thoughts on “laughing more, learning more, and never taking yourself too seriously.” It is filled with many different types of media, including charts, photos, and activities, as well as many stories from the lifelong friendship of its co-authors.

Rhett & Link introduced their literary work with a short teaser they posted on YouTube. In it, they show how they shot the cover of their book, which involved them sitting down in a giant, milky bowl of Cheerios.

At the time of this post, among all humor titles on Amazon, the Book of Mythicality is the fourth-best seller, next to offerings from Kevin Hart and Trevor Noah:

With the Book of Mythicality out on shelves, Rhett & Link will head on a nationwide tour to promote it. They will begin their sojourn in Huntington, NY on October 13 and will hit 16 cities before reaching Durham, in their home state of North Carolina, on December 17.
