Viceland To Launch Action Bronson Late-Night Show, 2 Chainz Docuseries, More

Rapper and former chef Action Bronson is quickly becoming the hallmark star of Viceland, Vice’s television channel launched alongside A&E Networks in February 2016. The network is currently developing a late-night show to be headlined by Bronson, according to The Hollywood Reporter. It launches later this year and marks Bronson’s second show on Viceland following his culinary series Fuck, That’s Delicious.

Fuck, That’s Delicious began as a web series on Vice’s Munchies vertical and launched as a full-fledged television show in spring 2016. It concluded its second season in January, and Viceland just renewed it for a third. The series has also inspired a cookbook of the same name, which is due out on Sept. 12. Additionally, Bronson is the star of a forthcoming Snapchat series premiering Aug. 30 called Hungry Hearts With Action Bronson, in which the 33-year-old will curate dates for young singles. It will air on Vice’s Discover channel.

While little is known about Bronson’s late-night show, it will join Viceland’s other late-night series, Desus & Mero, in which comedians Desus Nice and The Kid Mero cover news and chat with celebrity guests weeknights at 11 pm ET.

At the same time, Viceland has announced its fall programming slate, which includes three new series: skate documentary series Epicly Later’d (premiering Sept. 6); The Trixie & Katya Show (Nov. 1), a chat series starring RuPaul’s Drag Race queens Trixie Mattel and Katya Zamolodchikova; and Most Expensivist (Nov. 1), a docuseries about the culture of excess starring rapper 2 Chainz.
