Markiplier And Superwoman Breeze Past 18 And 12 Million Subscribers, Respectively

It’s been a milestone-filled month for the YouTube set: Liza Koshy sped past 10 million subscribers after just two years on the platform, while Lilly ‘Superwoman’ Singh — who launched her channel roughly six years ago — hit 12 million subscribers on Sunday.

And as of yesterday, one of YouTube’s most popular ‘Let’s Play’ gaming creators, 28-year-old Mark ‘Markiplier’ Fischbach, has surpassed 18 million subscribers — a staggering feat that makes Fischbach the 29th most-subscribed channel on all of YouTube, according to VidStatsX. To date, Fischbach — who joined YouTube in May 2012 — has clocked a total of 7.8 billion lifetime views, with his most popular videos featuring the horror video game Five Nights At Freddy’s

Throughout his illlustrious career, Fischbach — who is signed to WME and recently hit the road on his inaugural live improv and sketch tour — has harnessed his massive influence to give back. He has raised more than $1 million for various charities including the Human Rights Campaign, the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, and more.
