Adult Swim Posts A Full Episode Of Brad Neely’s New Show On Vine

Brad Neely, the creator of the animated series China, IL, has a new show coming to Adult Swim called Harg Nallin Sclopio Peepio. In order to promote Neely’s incredibly-titled work, Adult Swim went to Vine, where it took advantage of the Twitter-owned platform’s recent expansion past its signature six-second format by posting the entire first episode of Harg Nallin Sclopio Peepio.

Viewers who head over to Adult Swim’s Vine page will find a short clip from Harg Nallin. Should they click a “Watch More” button in the loop’s bottom-right corner, they will load up a wider video player that shows the animated sketch show’s full 10-minute premiere.

Adult Swim’s groundbreaking Vine comes one week after the Twitter-owned platform announced several changes meant to appease disgruntled creators and brands. That Adult Swim — which has been known to post full episodes of its TV shows on YouTube — chose to promote Harg Nallin on Vine shows that the once-super-short-form video platform is gunning for a resurgence, even if such a renaissance requires an update to its most famous feature.

Before he ever brought his work to TV, Neely gained a following on the Internet, where he extolled the virtues of America’s first president and created series like Baby Cakes and China, IL. The latter of those shows was eventually adapted for TV and ran for three seasons on Adult Swim. Harg Nallin, however, will feature a comedic sensibility more in line with Baby Cakes. If the sketch show’s Vine preview piques your interest, you can check out new episodes on Adult Swim beginning on July 10th.
