16-Year-Old YouTube Star Amanda Steele Signs With WME and IMG Models

Days after flexing her modeling muscles as the face of BooHoo’s spring-summer 2016 campaign, Amanda Steele has signed with WME and IMG Models.

Steele, who has also proven her fashion industry prowess with a hot-selling sunglasses collection alongside Australian brand Quay, will work with the talent and modeling agencies “to expand her brand throughout fashion, film, television, digital, and endorsements,” according to a press release.

The 16-year-old initially rose to fame with beauty tutorials posted to her six-year-old YouTube channel, MakeupbyMandy24, which today counts nearly 3 million subscribers. In addition to her recent foray into modeling, Steele has also successfully tried her hand at acting, starring in Guidance

, a drama for Verizon’s Go90 platform that WME says has been its most successful show launch to date.
