Go90’s big content push has included a number of programs led by members of the YouTube community, and the Verizon-owned mobile video platform’s latest offering is another entry in that category. Funny or Die has produced Inside Woman, which stars Amanda Steele (aka MakeupByMandy24) in a bank heist scenario.
In a short video previewing her Go90 premiere, Steele provides her viewers with a low-lit vlog shot from inside a bank vault. The chatty friendliness that has allowed her fashion, style, and makeup-oriented videos to become popular items on YouTube (where her main channel has more than 2.7 million subscribers) is on full display here.
Inside Woman is one of the many projects Go90 has picked up as it looks to become a household name in the first year of its existence. It also teamed up with Funny or Die for a Christmas-themed web series starring Mariah Carey.
