CNE Video Hires Former Dailymotion Exec Nathan Guetta As VP Of Product

Condé Nast Entertainment (CNÉ) has a new executive. The digital video studio has hired Nathan Guetta as its new Vice President of Product.

Guetta comes to CNÉ with years of professional experience in product leadership. The new executive previously worked for Samsung Electronics in London, building up the brand’s products, advertising, and operations. Before that, Guetta was one of the first employees of video sharing site Dailymotion, where he led the site’s products and project management teams from 2006 to 2009.

At his new position at CNÉ, Guetta will work on developing and leading all future product initiatives for the digital video brand. Guetta will join CNÉ’s Executive Vice President and General Manager of Digital Video Joy Marcus, who worked with Guetta at Dailymotion.

“Nathan and I successfully built Dailymotion into a leading digital video platform, and I am thrilled to reunite with him at CNÉ,” said Marcus in a release. “Nathan’s appointment is the start of a new period of product innovation for CNÉ – we look forward to sharing more in the coming months.”

“The opportunity to join a media company that is innovating and wants to lead in video on both the content and product side was too good to pass up,” added Guetta. “It is a dream come true to be joining the Condé Nast family with Joy. I am looking forward to delighting CNÉ’s customers and partners by bringing new experiences to market very soon.”

CNÉ has created over 4,000 videos for brand partners and its owned properties such as Vogue and WIRED. These videos have pulled in over two billion views per year since CNÉ launched in 2013.
