The foursome known collectively as Sorted Food is a globetrotting bunch. Previously, we watched as fun-loving British foodies Mike Huttlestone, Barry Taylor, Jamie Spafford, and Ben Ebbrell enlisted fans around the world in their quest to find the perfect burger.
Now, Sorted Food is hitting the road again, and they want their viewers to tell them exactly where and what they should eat. The culinary YouTube channel has announced a tour called #LostAndHungry that will feature a route chosen by fans.
#LostAndHungry will begin in Los Angeles on April 24th, but from there, the direction of Sorted Food’s adventures is open-ended. Fans can use the titular hashtag suggest places to visit and foods to try, and they are also responsible for coming up with challenges for the Sorted Food gang to complete, all of which will come with specific rewards (for success) or consequences (for failure).
Along the way, the Sorted Food guys will provide plenty of videos documenting their journey. The first of these videos, which introduces the tour, was posted on April 12th.
#LostAndHungry will not be limited to Sorted Food’s online fans. In addition, the group has partnered with TODAY, which will be a media partner for the tour. Along the way, the TODAY audience will have its own chances to suggest places for Sorted Food to visit, and the channel will provide weekly updates on the morning talk show.
Do you have your own suggestions for where Sorted Food should go? Use the #LostAndHungry hashtag on social media and let them know.
