Netflix Releases Trailer For Its Dark Family Drama ‘Bloodline’

Netflix‘s newest video will get viewers excited for its next original series. The streaming service has dropped the trailer and poster for its upcoming drama Bloodline.

The Bloodline trailer begins by introducing viewers to Florida’s well-respected Rayburn family, currently celebrating the 45th anniversary of the parents’ hotel. But the images get less cheerful when the shunned, oldest brother Danny (played by Ben Mendelsohn) shows up and starts dredging up hidden family secrets. The trailer ends with the foreboding words featured on the Bloodline poster: “We’re not bad people, but we did a bad thing.”

Bloodline was announced back in October 2014, and six images from the series were released a month later. The Netflix original series is the brainchild of Todd A. Kessler, Glenn Kessler, and Daniel Zelman, the creators of FX’s Emmy-winning show Damages. Bloodline stars Kyle Chandler, Sissy Spacek, Linda Cardellini, Sam Shepard, Norbert Leo Butz, Jacinda Barrett, Jamie McShane, and Enrique Murciano.

All 13 episodes of Bloodline will arrive on Netflix on March 20, 2015. The episodes will be available in 4K streaming for subscribers with ultra-high-definition devices.
