ITV Studios America Hires Bruce Gersh As Head Of Digital

ITV Studios America found someone to fill its recently-created digital leadership role. Bruce Gersh has joined the television production company as its first Executive Vice President of Digital, Strategy, and Branded Entertainment.

Gersh will be responsible for all of the digital department’s strategy, content, and marketing. He will also help develop brand opportunities, obtain licensing and merchandising deals, and work to grow ITV Studio America’s overall revenue. Gersh will report directly to ITV President Orly Adelson.

Gersh brings over 20 years of media and leadership experience to ITV Studios America . The executive has worked on business initiatives for companies such as Disney-ABC, William Morris Agency, and Allison+Partners. He also co-founded Fishbowl Worldwide Media, the media company responsible for bringing America’s Funniest Home Videos clips to several different YouTube channels (including CuteWinFail and PETSAMI).

Gersh will work out of the Los Angeles offices of ITV Studio America.
