Must-Watch Music Videos: Your Summer Needs Go Wolf’s “One More Night”

[Editor’s Note: Two major trends have emerged in the recent history of new media: 1) Music videos are the new music and 2) YouTube is the new MTV. With that in mind and to keep you up to speed with the greatest and latest in this online video category, Tubefilter has partnered with INDMUSIC, YouTube’s largest independent music network, to bring you at least one must-watch music video every week. Before you finalize that playlist of your new favorite summer jams, make sure to save a spot for Go Wolf.

“One More Night” is the latest clip from the dance pop group that hails from Belfast. The video, directed by Gregg Houston

, is one that makes you stare wide-eyed, thinking you’re seeing something. Then, when the illusion reveals itself, you have to go back and remember what you just watched. It’s a clever, psychedelic experience the builds on the lush music underneath the visuals.

Go Wolf is certainly in good company with Houston, who got his feet wet working with Two Door Cinema Club and Cast of Cheers, among others. The band also made big waves at least year’s Belfast Music Week. The hometown group came out of the festival with many singing their praises and are now making their official foray into the stateside scene. A big step for the group was signing with Ooh La La, a Brooklyn label, and luckily one of our personal favorites.

Breaking into the NY scene is a big step for the group who has marked their rise with recent remixes for London Grammar. They’ve also performed with CSS and Wild Beasts allowing for a supreme list of names to drop as they continue to rise.

Keep an ear out for some new releases from Go Wolf later this summer. And make sure to subscribe here and follow up with the band for all the latest news.
