YouTube Fashion Icons Get Stylish On TV Via ‘Project Runway All-Stars’

Five of YouTube’s most prominent fashionistas are making their mark on the most popular fashion-focused reality show on TV. Dulce Candy, Carli Bybel, JLovesMac1, Gigi Gorgeous and Fleur DeForce are all slated to appear on the next episode of Project Runway All-Stars, which airs on Thursday, December 19th at 9 PM EST on Lifetime.

All five of the featured YouTube beauty gurus are part of the Stylehaul network, and their combined subscriber count runs close to six million. According to previews, each creator will be paired with one of the all-star contestants on the show. Each pair will then have a meeting of the minds and will attempt to think up a winning outfit.

The challenge is meant as a way to look forward to 2014 and guess what will become the hottest styles of next year. In a sense, that theme is perfect for the new-school, forward thinking YouTubers who are already making efficient use of a next-generation medium. They’ll all duke it out come Thursday night.
