Aspiring Musicians Prepare For YouTube Music Lab

Over the summer, YouTube launched a pair of collaborative ‘labs‘ where like-minded creators could meet and shoot videos with fellow YouTube personalities within their genre. With the YouTube Music Awards dominating current YouTube headlines, the site’s Music Lab is ready to become the next month-long event to take over YouTube Space LA.

The participating musicians will make use of a newly-constructed set within the expansive YouTube Space. For the next month, this studio will be home to all manners of jamming, video production, and songwriting, all in the name of collaboration.

The chosen musicians seem to be a slightly more renowned group than the beauticians and geeks that populated the first two labs. Brandon and Leah Jenner

of Keeping Up With The Kardashians fame will be in attendance, as will notable Maker Studios partner Dumbfoundeadformer Internet Icon contestants The Fu and European metalNuclear Blast. The four more participants are Pip Arnold, AndyLangeMusic, HardKnockTV, and SubOverHype. These eight creative teams, along with several others, are now tasked with producing sweet music with one another.
