Disney, Digitas Present NewFronts Today in NYC

The Digital Content NewFronts continue today in New York City with events from the Disney Interactive Media Group and NewFronts orchestrator and global advertising agency Digitas.

Disney is expected to make at least a few announcements about programming related to the $10 to $15 million dollar content partnership the Mouse House announced with YouTube last November. That programming will target youngsters on the world’s largest online video sharing site, as well as give more family and kid-friendly content to the current visitors of Disney.com and its partner sites. My hunch is we’ll get a teaser of upcoming original series along the lines of Disney’s recently announced Power Up with online video sensation and American Music Award New Media Honoree Christina Grimmie.

This is the fifth annual NewFront for Digital Content NewFronts founding partner Digitas. Entertainment executives and celebrities slated to be making pitches and/or answering questions from moderators and the advertisers in the room include Emmy and Tony Award Winner Kristin Chenoweth, the host of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live

and the man who’s got the 411 Andy Cohen, Academy Award-winner Jane Fonda, actress and writer Rashida Jones, online video sweetheart Felicia Day, CNN’s Piers Morgan and more.
