KATR Pictures’ ‘Zombie Vampire Werewolf’ a Real Sucker for Web Series Con Men

KATR Pictures, the independent web series production company behind Life From The Inside, debuted its latest comedy web series Vampire Zombie Werewolf this past Tuesday.

From the brains of KATR veterans Robb Padgett, Tanya Ihnen, and Steven Lekowicz, Vampire Zombie Werewolf is a tight, well-produced sitcom about a web producer of ambiguous virtue who partners with a well-endowed suburban couple who—he quickly discovers—are not exactly the type of “suckers” he was hoping to con: they’re vampires (and zombie werewolves, to boot).

“After partnering with a not-so-classic suburban couple, a webseries producer with a string of derivative, monster-themed successes learns that the deadly creatures of his imagination are real. And they love his work,” Ihnen, one of series’ creators, told Tubefilter. “He’ll have one night to help the couple climb the undead social ladder by dreaming up a new, vampire-inspiring webseries that doesn’t suck… or become the victim of his most rabid fans.”

VZW releases weekly on Tuesdays through Valentine’s Day 2011.
