Make Internet TV's DVD

Make Internet TV, an online video tutorial site on how to make videos, is still requesting video submissions to be included on their DVD. The free DVD will be distributed to middle schools and high schools across the country, teaching kids what can really be achieved with the technology built into their computers and phones.

The site was started by the Participatory Culture Foundation, which is devoted to releasing free knowledge, technology, and online video applications to help make making and watching online video a more manageable experience. But this DVD is a really cool moment of community outreach for the organization with the possibility of energizing and educating students and teachers alike.

All videos should be around 1 to 2 minutes in length, in compliance with Creative Commons, and of educational or demonstrative interest. Additional information can be found on MITV’s Wiki, so check it out and stop vlogging for a little while to do something good for your vlogging community.
