Welcome to our rundown of the most-watched branded YouTube videos of the week.
We’re publishing this snippet of a larger Gospel Stats Weekly Brand Report in order to analyze sponsorship trends in the creator economy. Any video launched in tandem with an official brand partner is eligible for the ranking.
And – as the name up above would imply – all the data comes from Gospel Stats. If you’re interested in learning more about Gospel – and which brands are sponsoring what creators on YouTube – click here.

‘Twas the week before Christmas, and all ‘cross YouTube

Fast darts and fast cars make for popular sights
Merry Christmas from Tubefilter — time to read what we write:
#1 How Dangerous is a Supersonic Nerf Dart?
Channel: Mike Shake
Brand: KiwiCo
Views: 6,035,325
Videos in the STEM category routinely show up in our ranking of the most-watched sponsored YouTube uploads of the week. This week offered more of the same, as Italian tinkerer Mike Shake showed viewers just how dangerous an innocent Nerf dart can be. No, the titular toy brand did not sponsor this video; instead, the brand backing these Deadliest Warrior-style antics is KiwiCo, a creative subscription service for curious kids. Note: The kids subscribing to KiwiCo shouldn’t try to recreate Shake’s high-speed stunt at home.
#2 He Found Me Playing His RIVAL!
Channel: MSA previously My Story Animated
Brand: Infinity Nikki
Views: 5,233,787
MSA’s anime-inspired visual narratives are appropriate for viewers of all ages and often feature sponsors from the world of gaming. Both of those continued with the channel’s Christmastime upload, which uses the story of star-crossed rivals to promote the game Infinity Nikki. The fifth installment of the free-to-play adventure series just hit the iOS and Android app stores (and PlayStation 5) at the start of December. You may find yourself behind if you’re just entering the Nikki saga now, but MSA viewers are probably used to catching up on a lot of lore.
#3 We Built a Tiny Home for Our Employee and Sealed It Up with @greatstufffoam Wide Spray
Channel: HAUS PLANS
Brand: Great Stuff
Views: 4,720,869
Advertising continues to mature on YouTube Shorts, and as a result, vertical video creators are taking up more space in our weekly reports. HAUS PLANS is one of the channels benefitting from that shift, and the home improvement hub is also taking advantage of a different trend: The YouTube community’s love of tiny homes. It takes a lot of resources and effort to build petite abodes that offer the same comfort as normal-sized homes, but it helps when you can get sponsors like Great Stuff to give you some insulation materials on the house (no pun intended).
#4 REBUILDING A PORSCHE 911 GT3RS FROM SCRATCH
Channel: Mat Armstrong
Brand: carVertical
Views: 3,707,154
Mat Armstrong made several appearances in our weekly Top Five when he rebuilt a car that had previously been owned (and totaled) by English soccer player Marcus Rashford. With his latest sponsored clip, Armstrong is showing that he doesn’t need help from a sports star to crack our rankings. His rebuilt Porsche 911 earned him more than 3.7 million views and kudos from car enthusiasts around the globe. There’s at least one similarity between this video and his Rashford clips: Both featured sponsorships from the automotive platform carVertical.
BONUS #2,280 3 Delicious Vegan Christmas Treats | Gingerbread Cookies, Truffles & Fruitcake Cookies!
Channel: Simnett Nutrition
Brand: GEM
Views: 28,254
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvEyvfTJLQo
Christmas can be a tough time for vegans, who cannot consume all of the excesses that typically characterize the holiday season. But thanks to YouTube, where vegans thrive, recipes for dairy-free and eggless sweets are widely available. Simnett Nutrition is one of the channels providing vegan cookie ideas, and it used its Yuletide sponsorship to address a common issue among vegans. If a restrictive diet makes it harder to consume necessary nutrients, vitamin suppliers like GEM are here to help. Word to the wise: You probably don’t need to put the vitamins inside the cookies.
…and there’s a lot more data where that came from. If you’re interested in learning more about Gospel – and which brands are sponsoring what creators on YouTube – click here.
