Welcome to our rundown of the most-watched branded YouTube videos of the week.
We’re publishing this snippet of a larger Gospel Stats Weekly Brand Report in order to analyze sponsorship trends in the creator economy. Any video launched in tandem with an official brand partner is eligible for the ranking.
And – as the name up above would imply – all the data comes from Gospel Stats. If you’re interested in learning more about Gospel – and which brands are sponsoring what creators on YouTube – click here. You can also download our YouTube 2025 Sponsorship Landscape Report here.

MrBeast, Jordan and Salish Matter, Dr Insanity…Our usual chart-toppers are all here this week, sponsored by a range of products, from back-to-school looks to snack packs and personal protection. This week’s Gospel Stats Brand Report truly shows what The Youths (and true crime junkies) are watching these days–and which brands want to connect with them.
Check it all out below:
#1 Whatever You Hide As, You Keep!
Channel: MrBeast Gaming
Brand: Feastables
Views: 47,456,973
“
Such is the nuanced premise of the latest video on MrBeast‘s secondary gaming channel. It’s pretty standard fare for MrBeast Gaming: A group of YouTubers, each representing a different country, competes in viral game Meccha Chameleon to see who can come out on top.
The twist is that, instead of the usual cash prize, this competition offers an added layer by giving the winner whatever they disguise themselves as, with a set map offering cars, boats, gaming PCs, motorcycles, ATVs, and more. So, of course, people are incentivized to hide as pricey items instead of in potentially trickier spots like tucked away in lamps or jukeboxes.
Like most MrBeast Gaming content, this video is sponsored by Jimmy’s own company Feastables.
#2 Can You Pass This Classroom Quiz?
Channel: MrBeast
Brand: Old Navy
Views: 47,082,142
For the second week in a row, MrBeast is bringing Old Navy to the barbecue. The clothing brand is on a back-to-school tear, sponsoring several videos this week from Elsy Guevara, Familia Diamond, and, of course, MrBeast.
After its brief spot in last week’s long-form Beast vid, where it shared the sponsor stage with Feastables and Lowe’s, Old Navy is the sole star of this Short. MrBeast storms a classroom full of excited kiddos to offer their teacher a $3,000 prize for every question her students get right. Thankfully for her, the questions are all pop culture-related, and (spoilers) she walks away with $9,000 to pad her salary.
Don’t worry, the kids aren’t unrewarded. They each get a $250 Old Navy gift certificate, plus split a trove of tech gifts like iPads and gaming consoles. Classic MrBeast.
#3 My Dad Wont Let Me Get the VIRAL Toy
Channel: Jordan Matter (and Salish Matter)
Brand: GoGo squeeZ
Views: 20,991,542
We’re always curious about the contract behind videos like this one. Jordan Matter and his daughter Salish are regulars in our Gospel States Weekly Brand Reports, so it’s not uncommon for them to take sponsors. What is a little uncommon is that the star product in this video is toy brand Crazy Fun‘s Mystery Dumplings.
But Crazy Fun isn’t sponsoring this video. Snack pouch brand GoGo squeeZ is.
Obviously the two products aren’t competitors, so we’re guessing that helps. And Mystery Dumplings’ virality probably contributed to the ~20 million views this video has nabbed so far–which means they’re driving views for GoGo squeeZ. (Also helping the view count: This is a quintessential Matter video, loud and high-energy with dad vs daughter challenges.) It’s just interesting when brands are willing to let creators choose videos’ directions–even when those directions include featuring other companies’ products.
#4 Hidden Camera Reveals Wanted Killer Living Inside Familys Attic
Channel: Dr Insanity
Brand: Aura
Views: 17,876,710
We’re full of classic content this week. MrBeast, the Matters, and now Dr Insanity with one of his long-form crime case breakdowns. In this 34-minute upload, he tells the story of 28-year-old Taylor Dragicevich, who was stalked and murdered by her ex after breaking off their relationship.
As usual, Dr Insanity pulls from police body cams and records to piece together the full picture, including a manhunt for Dragicevich’s murdered that ended with him being found in a Kalamazoo family’s attic. He was later sentenced to 60-100 years in prison.
True crime is tricky to market against, but there are some mainstay genres of company that pop up frequently on videos like Dr Insanity’s. These stories are harrowing, and often told in a way that’s meant to instill wariness and nerves in viewers. So what better moment to sell them something that claims to protect them? Personal protection devices–both physical and digital–are common sponsors, and this video’s no different. It’s paid for by Aura, and paired with a warning endorsement from Dr Insanity: “Your data is being sold right now. My sponsor Aura will find the brokers selling it and remove you automatically.”
BONUS #1,648 Exploring Japan at night with my Insta360 Luna Ultra ? get a bonus gift using my code SEERASAN #pr
Channel: seerasan
Brand: Insta360
Views: 120,121
GoPro is all over the news right now thanks to a certain YouTuber, but there are other portable camera brands courting creators, too. Insta360 sponsored more than a dozen videos this week, including this one from seerasan, an Australian/German creator who’s now living in Japan.
Her 34-second video reads almost like a radio ad, swift and punchy and all promo, but she splices it with proof-in-the-pudding nighttime Osaka visuals taken with her Insta360 camera. Travel is one of the biggest content verticals on the ‘net, so we see why seerasan is appealing to both fellow creators and tourists. Folks looking for a cheap travel companion might be a little shocked by the price, though: the model she’s advertising, the Luna Ultra, starts at nearly $800 and tops out around $1,000.
…and there’s a lot more data where that came from. If you like our Weekly Top 5, you’ll love everything else Gospel has to offer. Start with our newly released YouTube 2025 Sponsorship Landscape Report, which you can download right here.
