“The founder’s journey–the entrepreneurial side of building something–has always spoken to me.”
That’s Noah Cohen, whose fast-growing management firm North House Talent just signed a partnership with Reign Maker Group. Cohen went all-in on North House this past December, after spending nearly five years building experience as a sports & entertainment agent and then a digital talent manager.
Now, just three months post-launch, North House Talent has a roster of 10 creators, an expanding team of managers and coordinators, and a plan to keep management boutique and personal while giving the creators it represents access to corporate-strength infrastructure.
Reign Maker Group is a key component of that plan. Launched in July 2025, it is what co-founder and CEO Jonathan Chanti calls a “constellation” of subsidiary companies, all of which have diverse specializations, but share one core goal: connecting brands with both digital and traditional talent.
For Cohen, joining Reign Maker Talent was “a relatively easy decision,” he says. Though Reign Maker Group has funded several subsidiaries already in its quest to put together “the Avengers” of brand, media, marketing, and talent, Cohen says its agreement with North House is not an acquisition, but an investment where North House Talent is jointly owned by himself and Reign Maker Group.
“I started my influencer marketing journey at a boutique level and later had the opportunity to operate within a large-scale corporate environment. That gave me insight into what performs well operationally at the highest service level, as well as what works in a high-intensity, scaling corporate structure,” he explains.
He adds, “When I had the chance to bring my vision for North House to life alongside the team at Reign Maker, it became clear that I could retain a founder-first mentality and continue working closely with creators in a personalized way, while also leveraging the infrastructure needed to scale quickly: accounting, finance, legal, and more.”
That infrastructure, while crucial, is just one perk of the North House x Reign Maker relationship. He’s also able to hook up his talent with other people and companies under the Reign Maker umbrella–like Beverly Hills-based Paradigm Talent Agency, which Reign Maker says will play a key role in helping it build digital creators’ careers offline, and traditional celebrities’ careers online.
For Cohen, having that direct connection to Paradigm and more means “opening doors that would have been more difficult to access independently.”
“Whether it’s product lines, PR, speaking engagements, or entertainment opportunities, the infrastructure is there. It ultimately comes down to sitting with creators and understanding their goals,” he says. “At my previous agencies, I often found myself wearing too many hats. Now, I can focus on operating the way I want–with that founder-led mentality–while offering creators expanded opportunities.”
Reign Maker’s access to things like speaking engagements and product development have been especially helpful, because Cohen’s background in repping athletes drew him to a vertical he describes as “experts”: doctors, nutritionists, and other professionals.
“Broadly, we operate under the umbrella of healthy and active living, but with two distinct focuses: sports and expert-led content,” he says.
In the coming months, Cohen hopes to leverage his Reign Maker partnership to “work with talent who are thinking long-term–creators who want to explore new ventures, new media, and build something beyond one-off brand partnerships.”
His promise to those creators? That he’s personally invested in them, their content, and their businesses.
“Creators need teams who genuinely care about their journey and are focused on building long-term value, not just chasing short-term dollars,” he says. “It’s imperative that your management, marketing, and production teams share the same vision: How do we build a brand, platform, and audience that will serve you for years to come? Boutique service matters. Personal investment matters. And building sustainable, diversified revenue streams matters. That’s what we’re focused on at North House.”
