Precise TV has rebranded to become Precisify.
The London-based ad tech provider, which delivers intelligence and other insights to partners through its proprietary audience panels, is positioning its rebrand as a means of “re-introducing ourselves,” as Co-Founder and Co-CEO Christian Dankl put it in a statement. The new Precisify, Dankl said, is “the only digital engine that makes $1 million work like $1.6 million with zero tolerance for brand risk.”
To create its new corporate image, Precisify is putting its previous funding to work. A year ago, the firm announced a $26 million investment from LDC, the private equity arm of LDC. At the time, Precisify stated that the funding would support “our next phase of growth and innovation.” Now, we know that the company’s future involves data solutions beyond its audience panels. A new initiative called Precisify AI is launching during the first quarter of 2026 alongside a select group of partners.

Precisify AI will also power an influencer marketing offering led by a newly hired exec. Mark Bassett, Precisify’s Head of Influencer, brings a long track record to his latest gig. His former employer, BENlabs, offered a similar blend of AI-generated insights and influencer marketing know-how.
“Marketers need experts, robust data, and technology to help them make the right decisions,” Bassett said in a statement. “At Precisify, we combine proprietary panels, AI models, intent signals, and rich contextual data to understand creators and the real audiences behind them across platforms.”
That multifaceted approach will bring Precisify to the center of a “must buy” creator industry that has become a $37 billion business in the U.S. Brands that want a piece of that action can use Precisify’s technology to hone in on the most appropriate audience segments for their campaigns — even if those viewers are part of the traditionally hard-to-track under-18 demographic.
Precisify will keep building on its rebrand through a spate of hires, with a focus on expansion in its New York office. Though its name has changed, Precisify will continue to deliver the insights that have helped it become a long-term operator in the creator economy.
