Pinterest is getting into streaming.
The pin-it-if-you-like-it platform has tapped its partnership with digital food network Tastemade to produce Deliciously Entertaining, a cooking and lifestyle series hosted by culinary content creator Danni Rose.
Rose, who’s been posting her southern recipes to YouTube since 2017 and has more than a million subscribers, will start each of the show’s 22-minute episodes by using Pinterest to curate menu and decoration ideas around a specific theme. Then she and guests like drag star Trixie Mattel, NSYNC‘s Lance Bass, YouTuber and singer/songwriter Terrell Grice, artist Maurice Harris, and entrepreneur/designer Joy Cho will cook up a full meal to dish out alongside the decor.

QR codes embedded in the episodes will link to the Pinterest boards Rose and her guests used. Those boards–in line with Pinterest’s ecommerce ambitions–will be shoppable, and will include “all of the series’ recipes, DIY tutorials and more inspirational Pins connected to the episode theme,” Pinterest says.
“Pinterest is all about finding inspiration to then take action and expand your horizons,” Nadine Zylstra, Pinterest’s Global Head of Programming and Originals, said in a statement. “That’s exactly what Deliciously Entertaining will encourage viewers to do. The concept is entirely inspired by Pinterest trends and the calendar moments that matter most to Pinners. We hope it will inspire people to try something new.”

In Deliciously Entertaining, we are bringing together the best of both of our platforms to help food and design lovers find inspiration; to cook, create, gather and try something new. And we’re thrilled to introduce the series and host, Danni Rose, to Tastemade streaming channel audiences across the globe.”
As Holzer mentioned, Deliciously Entertaining will air on the Tastemade streaming channel, which is available on more than 20 services, including YouTube TV, Roku, Sling, Fire TV, Vizio, and its own service, Tastemade+.
The series premieres Feb. 23 and runs through June. The finale will debut June 21 on Amazon Live with a “shop the show” companion episode also hosted by Rose.
Deliciously Entertaining comes out of Pinterest’s multiyear, multimillion-dollar partnership with Tastemade, which the duo sealed in June 2022.
