Kai Cenat, Jynxzi lead nominations at 2024 Streamer Awards hosted by QTCinderella and Pokimane

The third annual edition of the Streamer Awards will celebrate the biggest stars on platforms like Twitch, Kick, and YouTube. In a Twitch stream, Streamer Awards organizer QTCinderella announced the 2024 nominees and revealed that Pokimane will co-host the show alongside her.

Across the 28 Streamer Awards categories, five creators earned three nominations apiece: Record breaker Kai Cenat, gamer QuackityRainbow Six Siege player Jynxzi, multiplatform star CaseOh, and OTK member Extra Emily. Four of those three-time nominees are up for the Streamer of the Year prize. The creator joining Cenat, Quackity, Jynxzi, and CaseOh in that category is VTuber Ironmouse.

Extra Emily will not be up for Streamer of the Year, but her presence at the 2024 Streamer Awards will not be limited to her three nominations. She will be one of the event’s three red carpet hosts, joining Will Neff and CDawgVA. Floor coverage will be provided by AustinShow. To produce the Streamer Awards, QTCinderella teamed up with Offbrand, the firm co-founded by her partner Ludwig Ahgren.

Ahgren, Neff, CDawgVA, Extra Emily, and AustinShow are all Streamer Award nominees, but the two primary hosts of the show are not up for awards. Pokimane (real name Imane Anys

) will be the third female streamer to emcee alongside QTCinderella. For the first two editions of the Streamer Awards, co-hosting duties went to Maya Higa and Valkyrae, respectively.

The 2024 Streamer Awards will take place at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on February 17. In-person tickets are available via Ticketmaster. Leading up to the show date, the public can vote on the nominees through the Streamer Awards website. The voting window closes on February 7.

The Streamer Awards categories cut across a wide cross-section of the streaming community, from its chess players to its “Hidden Gem” personalities. Despite that diversity, snubs are unavoidable at award shows, and some fans have complained that their favorite streamers didn’t make the cut.

In addition to the Streamer Awards, several other shows recognize the biggest names in the streaming world. Creators like NymN and TheGrefg have put on their own celebratory productions, and the Streamy Awards (co-produced by Tubefilter and dick clark productions) has included a Streamer of the Year category in its two most recent shows. Cenat took home both of those trophies.
