Zach Ferraro joins Famous Birthdays as head of its Pro service (Exclusive)

Famous Birthdays is bringing in a new executive.

Zach Ferraro, who’s been Head of Strategic Partnerships at creator services company Fourthwall since 2021, will join to lead Famous Birthdays Pro, the site’s premium subscription that offers access to more data about content creators.

Founded in 2012 by Evan Britton, Famous Birthdays is a compendium of bite-size profiles covering thousands of content creators and traditional celebrities–a self-described “Wikipedia for Generation Z.” Profiles tend to start with creators’ birthdays and ages, but also collect trivia about them, like when they first started uploading content, if any of their family members are involved in their content, what their favorite things are, whether they’ve launched any businesses, and more.

“The goal of my career is to provide value across the creator industry. I have felt great about that at Fourthwall, and the opportunity to do that at Famous Birthdays seems guaranteed,” Ferraro tells Tubefilter. “Major players are already using it, but my goal is to elevate the platform so having a profile on Famous Birthdays is more than just validation as a creator, it will open the door to a wide range of opportunities via Pro.”

Pro’s data includes real-time rankings of all creators and weekly reports on rising stars, as well as access to rosters from 4,600+ talent agencies and management companies.

Ferraro says the amount of data Famous Birthdays has gives it a “unique position in the industry,” and says he anticipates that advertising agencies and brands will be able to use that data to “discover and connect at the right time to creators that are the right fit.”

“I’m excited to work with Evan to make Pro a powerful platform bringing value to organizations and the creators they discover with it,” he says.

He announced his departure from Fourthwall on LinkedIn.
