Night, the Austin-based talent management company that reps creators like MrBeast, Dream, Safiya Nygaard, and Ryan Trahan, has acquired LFM Management.

LFM, founded by John Nelson in 2019, will bring its entire roster to Night, including Kai Cenat and his creator collab group AMP (aka Any Means Possible).

Nelson will join Night as a VP of talent; in that role, he’ll continue to represent LFM’s roster across all areas.

“I couldn’t be more excited to welcome John Nelson and his roster of clients to Night,” Reed Duchscher, Night’s founder and CEO, said in a statement. “Night is laser focused on building alongside the biggest stars on the internet, and this acquisition demonstrates that. We are thrilled to be backing Kai, AMP, and so many other great creators with this move. With the addition of LFM, Night continues to represent the very best YouTube creators and Twitch streamers in the world.”

Nelson added that LFM’s acquisition is “an amazing step forward for us, as it enables us to expand Night’s already amazing talent pool with our talent roster, while opening doors to even more opportunities for our creators through Night’s exceptional resources and expertise.”

Cenat, who has 10 million Twitch followers and is regularly the platform’s most-watched and most-subscribed-to streamer (and who’s currently facing legal trouble after a fan giveaway in NYC got out of hand) is the biggest creator on LFM’s roster.

Cenat’s fellow AMP members Agent 00, Chrisnxtdoor, Duke Dennis, ImDavisss, and Fanum will join him at Night, as well as other creators from LFM’s roster, including FGTeeV, Deshae Frost, Tommy G, Daydrian Harding, and Salt Papi.

Night says its current roster of 60+ creators bring in over 5 billion views per month.
