Karl Jacobs, KreekCraft, and AustinShow are hitting the road for a multi-city Misfits tour

Several creators who are affiliated with Misfits are bringing their signature formats to fans across the United States. A multi-city tour featuring Karl Jacobs, KreekCraft, and AustinShow will hit Miami, Houston, and Long Beach between October 7 and November 11.

The tour includes two separate live shows that will hit the same venues in the same cities on the same dates. The earlier show, beginning at 1 PM local time in each of the three cities, is an IRL take on the Pixel Playground brand launched by Jacobs and KreekCraft (real name Forrest Waldron) earlier this year. Pixel Playground is a Roblox studio that receives operational support from Misfits. It was one of the first projects Jacobs announced after joining Misfits as a Co-Owner this past March.

The daytime Pixel Playground shows will feature a family-friendly atmosphere filled with meet-and-greets and exclusive merch. Those events will be followed by the tour’s nightcaps, which will be led by another creator who linked up with Misfits in March. AustinShow and co-host Will Neff are bringing back the 70s-style game show with a live version of Name Your Price. That event, described as “90 minutes of fun,” will feature audience participation.

shows will kick off at 7 PM local time. The paired live events will hit Miami on October 7, Houston on October 29, and Long Beach on November 11.

“Interacting with our fans and sharing our gaming journey is truly an honor,” Jacobs said in a statement. “Pixel Playground Live is a unique opportunity for us to connect with the community that makes our gaming adventures possible.” AustinShow issued a statement of his own. “This is going to be an epic [Name Your Price] experience – get ready for unforgettable iconic moments, deadpan humor, and a delightful array of unscripted gaming surprises that the show is known for,” he said.

These events will help Misfits (which recently rebranded after previously referring to itself as Misfits Gaming) get some face time with some of its biggest fans. Like several other organizations in the gaming space, Misfits is putting on live events to help its digital-native creators expand into new formats.

Misfits secured a $35 million funding round in 2021. Last year, it launched a $20 million creator fund to help its partners realize ambitious and creative projects.
