All of those channels were able to improve on their previous seven-day totals. But even with that viewership surge, the leading trifecta of our all-American chart remained the same.
Chart Toppers
DaFuq!?Boom! is wrapping up a dominant month in the U.S. Top 50. A few months ago, the short-form channel wasn’t on anyone’s radar (except for maybe a few animation diehards in the meme community). Now, it has put together a string of four consecutive #1 finishes in our star-spangled ranking. By continuing to buy into the “skibidi toilet” meme it popularized, DaFuq!?Boom! was able to improve its viewership by 9% week-over-week. That put it at a total of 750.7 million weekly views, which was enough to clinch the #1 spot.
CoComelon – Nursery Rhymes continues to play second fiddle to its short-form rival. The Moonbug-owned purveyor of kid-friendly animations is unparalleled on the long-form side of YouTube, where its 572 million weekly views put it ahead of the competition. But when short-form channels are taken into account, CoComelon will have to settle for second. Luckily, J.J. and friends have enough going on that a string of #2 finishes won’t bother them at all.
Though DaFuq!?Boom! has taken the biggest headlines, there’s another short-form channel that has quietly become one of the most popular destinations on YouTube Shorts. MaviGadget may not be as strange, bizarre, or remarkable as the “skibidi toilet” genre, but its collection of clips — which occasionally explain the inner workings of machines — reach millions. Over seven days, MaviGadget added 548.2 million weekly views to repeat as the #3 channel in the U.S. Top 50.
MrBeast ranked fourth in the latest U.S. Top 50. The most-subscribed individual on YouTube continues to roll, with 443.7 million weekly views during our most-recent seven-day measurement period. The man born Jimmy Donaldson rode an 89% week-over-week bump to move up nine spots since our previous U.S. chart.
TWO MORE, a newcomer in our U.S. Top 50, rounds out the top five in this week’s chart. The YouTube Shorts hub reached its high-water mark by picking up 317.8 million weekly views.

Thanks to TikTok, the music industry is changing, and that shift is bringing new opportunities to professional singers — even if they don’t necessarily record their own music. Cheryl Porter is a vocal coach who pays close attention to short-form trends (her YouTube handle is Cheryl Porter Vocal Coach.) As she looks to expand her thriving business, she is responding to as many music videos as she can.
Porter’s YouTube channel offers an eclectic mix of Shorts. Sometimes, she shares snippets from the voice lessons she teaches. In other clips, she uses those exercises to offer her versions of memes. But my favorite Cheryl Porter videos are her reactions to other singers. As she watches those talented performers, she offers a little bit of knowledge and a lot of positivity. I, like her, am impressed by this little girl who can count out a three-over-two beat.
Porter’s YouTube reactions may help her reel in some new clients, but they definitely reel in new viewers. Over seven days, Porter added 139.3 million weekly views. That 85% week-over-week increase put her in 44th place in the U.S. Top 50. It’s her first-ever appearance in our U.S. ranking, and if that’s not worth a celebratory song, I don’t know what is.
