Amaze’s new integration will let creators reach their “full income potential on TikTok Shop”

Amaze is launching a feature that brings new revenue streams to TikTok. The creator commerce platform will empower its users to sell directly to their fans by integrating itself into TikTok Shop.

Thanks to the Amaze integration, the platform’s users will be able to display and sell custom products through their personal creator stores. Thanks to TikTok’s growing array of live shopping tools, sellers will be able to hawk their products through videos and live streams while Amaze handles the financial logistics behind the scenes.

Amaze greatly expanded its available vending options when it acquired ecommerce pioneer Spring last November. At the time of the deal, there were about 5.5 million creator stores across all platforms that were connected to Spring. Amaze is also the parent company of creator economy firm Outfits.

By teaming up with TikTok, California-based Amaze is betting on the viability of TikTok Shop in the United States. The ByteDance-owned app has made a concerted effort to bring its live shopping platform (which thrives in Asia) to the West. That rollout has proven difficult, especially as TikTok faces a potential ban in the U.S. But some Western creators have opened up powerful revenue streams by buying into TikTok’s ecommerce hub.

“This integration is the latest in a long line of innovation, which we have been proud to bring to market through significant partnerships with the biggest social platforms on the planet,” said Amaze CEO Aaron Day in a statement. “With YouTube, Instagram, Twitch – and of course TikTok – we have introduced breakthrough integrations that are firsts for the sector, empowering creators to truly transform the way they monetize their talent. Amaze and TikTok share an ethos of investing in our creators; our collective goal is to unleash creator potential and make it easier for this powerful group to create, share, and earn.”

Though Amaze’s TikTok integration is currently available in a limited capacity, some early users are already enjoying tangible benefits. In a statement, creator Jon Dretto remarked that Amaze has “transformed the way I connect with my fans” by offering a seamless way to sell on TikTok.
