TikTok star Susi Vidal’s beer collab offers a little Afternoon Delight

A TikTok star with 3.4 million followers has found a unique way to expand her personal brand: She’s collaborating with a brewery on a special-edition beer. Only Pans creator Susi Vidal and Denver’s Call to Arms Brewing are set to release Afternoon Delight, a hazy IPA that will be served out of Only Pans-themed pint glasses.

There are a few recurring elements in Vidal’s cooking videos, including her liberal use of sexual innuendos and her signature catchphrase “horngry.” Her beer collab will check both of those boxes thanks to its name (skyrockets in flight, anyone?) and the vessel it can be poured into. Vidal showed off custom “horngry” beer glasses in a recent TikTok.

Though Vidal’s catchphrase is “horngry” rather than “thorsty,” beer is one of her passions. She hosts a boozy podcast called Before the Hangover with her friend Randall Walter.

When it came time to develop her own beer, Vidal got an assist from her team at A3 Artists Agency

, which played an integral role in the Call to Arms collab. Based on Vidal’s preference for hazy IPAs, Call to Arms created a beer with dry and fruity flavors. As part of the experience, Vidal got a first-hand look at the brewing profession.

“I have always had a love for beer and the art behind the process,” Vidal said in a statement. “Since meeting everyone at Call to Arms I have expanded my knowledge of beer and the Colorado community. The brewery has a deep love for the people of Denver, and I love the environment they have built.”

Vidal will make further connections with Colorado beer drinkers when she attends a gathering at Call to Arms on May 13. Afternoon Delight will be served, food trucks will be parked outside, and a DJ set will commence at 2 PM local time. Going forward, Vidal’s beer will be available in four packs at the Call to Arms taproom.
