Studio71 expands Facebook network through pacts with Trevor Wallace, Ronda Rousey, Donut Media

Studio71 is making more moves on Facebook. The digital media company has inked partnerships with comedian Trevor Wallace, fighter Ronda Rousey, and the automotive aficionados of Donut Media, all of whom reach millions of followers on Meta’s flagship platform.

Through its latest swath of deals, Studio71 will work with its new clients to grow their Facebook operations and improve their monetization. The media company — a subsidiary of German corporation ProSiebenSat.1 — is also touting the flexibility of its contracts, which will help Wallace, Rousey, and Donut Media level up their channels without locking them into onerous terms.

“Studio71’s Facebook Division has seen tremendous growth and helped a wide variety of creators build a successful business on the platform,” says Studio71 Co-CEO Adam Boorstin in a statement. “Through tailored content strategies, video optimization, and effective marketing, we have significantly expanded the size of our network since last year.”

Though Studio71 has long been known for its work on YouTube, it has recently made a concerted effort to widen its reach on Facebook. That push included a 2021 deal with Nas Daily, who runs one of the most successful Facebook channels in the world. A raft of 2022 signings also targeted consumers on Facebook.

The latest additions to the Studio71 network are active across multiple channels, but they all have strong associations with Facebook. Wallace, for example, is a regular presence in timelines across the world. His impression of a mother going through her son’s room has received more than 34 million views on Facebook. None of his YouTube videos have received that many hits — not even his Shorts.

After adding its three new partners to its client roster, Studio71 now boasts a Facebook network that reaches more than 67 million followers in all. Across all platforms, the media company has partnered with about 1,800 creator channels, which generate 13 billion views per month. So the employees at the Starbucks in the grocery store better watch out, because Trevor Wallace’s comedy may soon earn a lot of new fans.
