TikTok’s Pasta Queen gets her own “gorgeous” cookbook

TikTok‘s self-dubbed Pasta Queen is embarking on her first book tour.

Nadia Caterina Munno, who’s from a longtime pasta-making family in Rome and shares Italian recipes with more than 5 million followers on TikTok, will publish her debut cookbook, The Pasta Queen: A Just Gorgeous Cookbook, Nov. 8.

That night, she’ll be in New York City, hosting a dinner at Italian eatery La Devozione as well as a premiere signing.

The Pasta Queen: A Just Gorgeous Cookbook (published by Simon & Schuster) has over 100 recipes, plus stories from Munno to go along with them. Its back cover copy promises readers will be guided “through the process of creating the perfect pasta, from a bowl of naked noodles to a dish large and complex enough to draw tears from the gods.”

Among the dishes are Munno’s viral hits like classic lemon pasta and her own Assassin’s Spaghetti, a red-sauce dish with tomato purée, garlic, and chili peppers.

Following her debut night events, Munno will jet to four more stops around the U.S., plus host two virtual events.
