Like most other kids, 10-year-old YouTube megastar Ryan Kaji will be heading back to school this fall. When he does, he’ll be rocking a fresh pair of kicks in the hallways.
Kaji, the toy-loving child who leads the children’s media empire known as Ryan’s World, has revealed several new designs that will join the existing items in his sneaker line. The kid-size shoes are co-created and sold by Skechers, which has been working alongside Kaji for more than a year.
When Kaji first teamed up with Skechers last year, the shoe company described the partnership as “the first time that a child YouTube star has been offered a global footwear deal.” At the time, three different designs were put on sale, with Kaji and the Skechers design team collaborating on the colorful products.

Now, a trip to the Ryan’s World x Skechers homepage reveals several new pieces of footwear for Kaji’s fans to snap up. A kid who values comfort can slip on some Ryan-themed croc lookalikes. For anyone who thinks of themself as part of the old school, the ‘Combo Blast‘ hi-tops are the way to go. And for the cool kids out there, nothing can beat the light-up ‘Flash-Fun‘ shoes.
The ten items in Ryan’s Skechers line retail between $35 and $65. They’re such hot items that even supervillains are trying to get their hands on them. That’s the conceit Kaji used as he introduced his new shoes to the world:
For Kaji, his family, and his partners at Pocket.watch, merchandise is a tremendous revenue stream. Since becoming a star on YouTube and attracting more than 32 million subscribers to his primary YouTube channel, Kaji has partnered with a number of retail outlets, including Walmart. In 2020, Pocket.watch’s Chris Williams told Tubefilter that Ryan’s World products were on pace to reach $500 million in yearly sales.
