Rhett & Link will host a two-day ‘MythiCon’ this October

Rhett & Link have announced an IRL event of Mythical proportions.

On October 28, the iconic internet duo will head to the Star Hill Ranch outside of Austin, Texas for MythiCon, a two-day event that will celebrate all things Rhett & Link. There will be appearances from members of the Mythical Entertainment team, live performances and podcast recording sessions, and exclusive experiences for VIP attendees.

To put MythiCon together, the best friends and co-creators of Good Mythical Morning — whose real names are Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal — teamed up with a seasoned producer of live events. On Location, which will produce Rhett & Link’s festival in collaboration with Mythical Entertainment, is known for creating fan experiences alongside brands like the NFL and NCAA.

MythiCon will look and feel like a carnival, as evidenced by the event’s official poster. Rhett and Link will host a dance party and a concert, and there will also be a live recording of the duo’s podcast Ear Biscuits. And speaking of biscuits, the foodie side of the Mythical biz will be represented at the gathering as well. Mythical Kitchen, which has grown considerably since its launch in 2020, will feed MythiCon attendees a live recording of the podcast A Hot Dog Is A Sandwich.

Though all of Rhett and Link’s admirers will be welcome at MythiCon, the bash will include numerous perks for the duo’s superfans. There will be a dedicated lounge for members of the Mythical Society

, which Rhett and Link launched in 2019 to provide a paid, premium tier for their biggest devotees. Mythical Society members who have bought in at the program’s second and third degrees will also get advance access to MythiCon tickets. While the general public will have to wait until June 10 to snag a ticket to the festival, Society members will get to call dibs on passes starting on June 8.

The most premium perk of them all will take place the day after MythiCon’s conclusion. On October 30, Rhett & Link will invite top-tier pass-holders to an exclusive brunch. So if you want to pitch the pair about a weird flavor combination they should try on Good Mythical Morning, that would be a good place to do it.

MythiCon tickets are available at multiple price points. The basic ‘Beast’ package will cost $299 plus fees for a two-day pass. The ‘Mega-Beast’ option retails for $399, while the ‘Super-Mega-Beast’ tier — which includes the aforementioned brunch invite — will set you back $649.
