CoComelon and Blippi owner Moonbug acquires kids’ franchise Little Angel

Moonbug has acquired The Little Angel Network, a YouTube network that comprises two massive children’s channels: Little Angel and Little World.

The acquisition marks the first since Moonbug itself was acquired by Kevin Mayer and Tom Staggs-led Candle Media late last year for a reported $3 billion. The terms of the Little Angel deal were not disclosed.

Moonbug, which owns massive children’s franchises like CoComelon and Blippi, will work to expand Little Angel’s viewership and create new avenues of fan engagement, it said.
