Brat TV, the Gen Z-skewing digital production outfit, has onboarded two new staffers to elevate its programming and talent initiatives.
Emmy-winning screenwriter and producer Rodney Vaccaro has been named head of development, while former Digital Brand Architects (DBA) manager Shannon Wachtell has been named head of talent.
Vaccaro will leverage his background – having previously worked on HBO’s Night Of The Running Man and Warner Brothers’ Three To Tango – to lead development. Wachtell, for her part, will oversee Brat’s talent team, seeking to identify and nurture next-gen creators. At DBA, she oversaw TikTok initiatives, working with the likes of Amelie Zilber, Riley Hubatka, and Zahra Hashimee.
