Digital Brand Architects Elevates SVP Hilary Williams To Partner

Digital Brand Architects (DBA), a talent management firm predominantly focused on lifestyle creators, has upped Hilary Williams to partner status.

Williams, who formerly served as SVP, has joined the partner circle alongside CEO Raina Penchansky and president Vanessa Laherty.

Williams joined DBA in 2015 after previous stints at CAA, The Wall Group, and UTA. Her clients now include influencer and cosmetics entrepreneur Marianna Hewitt, model and influencer Camila Coelho, author Katherine Schwarzenegger, Bachelorette star Tayshia Adams, fashion designer Rachel Parcell, and chef Gaby Dalkin.

Founded in 2010 and acquired by UTA in Feb. 2019, DBA now reps roughly 180 influencers with a reach of roughly 400 million fans. The company also operates a Digital Brand Products (DBP) division for merch, as well as the female-focused podcast network Dear Media.

“Hilary distinguishes herself every day through the clients she passionately represents, the reputation she has earned, and her leadership in our industry,” Flaherty said in a statement. “She has made substantial contributions to the growth and evolution of DBA and we are fortunate to have her join as a partner as we continue to lead and innovate in the space.”
