CAA Adds 5 Agents, Executives To Its Digital Media Division

CAA has announced today five new hires and promotions within its digital media department, which furnishes talent representation, content sales and brand partnerships services, and advisory for tech startups, brands, and publishers.

Matthew Tsai (pictured above) has joined the company as an agent, where he will work with top gaming creators including Ninja, Dr DisRespect, and StoneMountain64. Tsai arrives at CAA from Sky Break Digital, where he was a talent manager focused on gaming talent.

Additionally, Liz Gibson and Kerry Landolfe have been named digital media executives, focused on strategic partnerships and working alongside execs from Tandem Entertainment – a creative agency that CAA acquired earlier this year. Gibson previously led digital sales strategy for Meredith Corporation, while Landolfe was most recently with PHD Media, overseeing content partnerships and creative marketing strategy.

Finally, CAA has tapped two new agents within its digital media practice: Lydia DeCoud and Rachel O’Brien. Both previously served as coordinators within CAA’s digital division, and will now rep emerging talent, the agency said.

Recent digital signings at CAA include Jacksepticeye, Buzzfeed, Lachlan, Luke Patterson, and Mark Tuan. The company also recently hired gaming expert Dana Hayberg — a veteran of AwesomenessTV, Machinima, and 3BlackDot – as a digital media agent, who will rep Tuan, Arif Zahir, Peng Peng Lee, Jessica Blevins, Zack ‘ZLaner’ Lane, Brian Michael Hanby, and Luke ‘Cartoonz’ Patterson.
