Valkyrae Says She’s “Investing Away” From Streaming, Launches Her Own Clothing Collection

100 Thieves co-owner Valkyrae, whose real name is Rachell Hofstetter, is launching her own clothing collection in collaboration with influencer merch maker Revolt.

The streetwear line comprises tie-dyed crews and acid-washed hoodies, as well as a plush version of Hofstetter’s beloved dog, Mika. Preorders begin today on Hofstetter’s online store. Items range in price from $30 for a shirt to $65 for a hoodie.

And Hofstetter has tapped a who’s-who of fellow online stars to help model her new wares, including Bella Poarch, Bretman Rock, Pokimane, Sykkuno, BrookeAB, newly-signed 100 Thieves member Tina Kitten, Fuslie, and Larray.

Hofstetter made waves when she departed Twitch to sign an exclusive streaming deal at YouTube in June 2020, where she currently counts 3.6 million subscribers. For its, part, three-year-old Revolt is an influencer clothing company that has previously pacted with YouTube gaming collective Misfits and the now-defunct collab channel Eboys.

“Understanding the success that I’ve attained this year, I have my eyes set on diverging from the standard digital creator career path by focusing on the business side of the industry and investing away from streaming,” Hofstetter said in a statement.

“It was important to me that I work with a company, like Revolt,” she continued, “who would help me create my own clothing collection that steps away from the traditional merchandise seen from influencers these days.”
