Digital Network Divimove Rebrands As Pan-European Umbrella Organization ‘We Are Era’

Berlin-based Divimove, the ten-year-old European digital talent agency and multi-channel network, has rebranded as a new umbrella company targeting 12 markets across the continent.

The new company, a subsidiary of Luxemborg-headquartered media conglomerate RTL Group, has been christened We Are Era, and will comprise five of the conglomerate’s digital properties: Divimove, RTL’s eponymous MCN, Germany’s Tube One Networks (which Divimove acquired in Jan. 2020), and Scandinavian outfit United Screens (which RTL acquired in 2018). The consolidation of RTL’s various MCN properties under Divimove has been in the works for years, though the rebranding is fresh.

We Are Era counts 240 employees in 30 countries, with offices in Berlin, Amsterdam, Cologne, Copenhagen, Madrid, Milan, Paris, and Stockholm.

All told, the company reps 1,500 creators, including Italian music duo Me Contro Te, Dutch vlogger Dylan Haegens, German comedy creatpr Kelly MissesVlog, and more. We Are Also also comprises an in-house studio that develops original and branded content across all platforms — from branded TikToks

to multi-part linear television series.

Going forward, We Are Era says it will look beyond digital to develop and market talent from traditional European media. And the company has formed an international data team to help ad clients perfect their targeting and expand analytics across campaigns on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitch, and Pinterest.

“A true market leader is not only characterized by market power but, above all, by the ability to be a thought leader and to always think one step ahead,“ We Are Era CEO Tobias Schiwek said in a statement. “It is our responsibility to recognize today what will be relevant tomorrow and then to position ourselves to lead our partners into the future.”
