Select, the leading digital talent management, content production, and brand-building firm, has added more than a dozen clients to its roster of creators and celebs. Now, Select’s creator portfolio comprises more than 270 million combined followers across social media.
In addition to signing Love Island narrator Matthew Hoffman and former BuzzFeed star Kelsey Darragh (115,000 YouTube subscribers), the company has announced today the hire of former Kovert Creative exec Brittany Gilpin and the promotion of Lori Puzon — both of whom will now serve as talent managers.
Other signings unveiled today as the NewFronts kick off include: Disney’s Bizaardvark star DeVore Ledridge, vlogger and sketch creator Aaron Burriss (1.5 million subscribers), skin care vlogger Hey It’s Fei (1.6 million), single mom creator Jelian Mercado (1 million), lifestyle vlogger and musician Caroline Manning (1 million), beauty YouTuber Yasmeen Nicole (623,000), travel and lifestyle creator Hitomi Mochizuki (511,000), beauty vlogger Mya Benway (511,000), couple prank channel KB & Karla (674,000), and maternity vlogger Yasmyn Switzer (804,000).
“We continue to see steady growth at Select and are thrilled to have two incredible women join our team,” Select’s partners — Lisa Filipelli, Scott Fisher, Amy Neben, and Adam Wescott — said in a joint statement. “We also welcome new talent to our group and look forward to working together to build their brands. We’re proud of our team’s continued innovation and resilience during these challenging times.”
In their new roles, Gilpin (who was formerly a talent publicist at Kovert) and Puzon (who formerly served as a coordinator for top Select clients like Eva Gutowski, Lauren Riihimaki, and Gigi Gorgeous) will be tasked with helping clients monetize their online content, pursue premium programming ventures, cultivate long-lasting brand partnerships, and develop DTC products.
