YouTuber Corey La Barrie has tragically passed away on his 25th birthday.
TMZ reports that first responders were called to the scene of a fatal car accident in Los Angeles yesterday evening, after a McLaren — in which La Barrie was the passenger and his friend and fellow influencer, Daniel Silva, was allegedly the driver — crashed into a street sign as well as a tree. La Barrie purportedly took the brunt of the hit, while Silva doesn’t appear to have suffered life-threatening injuries. He is being treated for a broken hip, per TMZ, and will likely be arrested for murder once he’s discharged from the hospital.
TMZ reports that sources told law enforcement that Silva was seen drinking at a party earlier in the evening for La Barrie’s birthday, and that the McLaren was traveling at high speeds prior to the crash.
