YouTube’s Ace Family Is Expecting Third Child, Confirms Having Wed Off-Camera

YouTube‘s Ace Family, arguably the largest and most controversial family channel on the platform, is set to welcome their third child — and thus, presumably, yet another personality to their massively-viewed vlogs.

The couple, Austin and Catherine McBroom, confirmed that they are expecting their first son on various Instagram posts today. Catherine shared a photo of her belly, writing, “I wanted to keep you to myself for as long as I could, and now after all these months of privately enjoying some time with our family, I am filled with so much joy to share you with the world. You were the missing puzzle piece. I can’t wait to meet you, son.”

For his part, Austin shared the baby’s first ultrasound, which has amassed a staggering 5.3 million Instagram views.

The Ace Family counts 18 million subscribers that have watched their near-daily vlogs a whopping 3.3 billion times — with many of the installments starring their two daughters: three-year-old Elle and one-year-old Alaïa. The news of their latest addition arrives amid a number of controversies that the family has weathered in recent months. Most recently, for instance, Austin lashed out at fans after the couple opted to take a break from filming. “Do us a favor and unsubscribe and stop watching our every move,” he tweeted, hinting at the pregnancy announcement. “I hardly ever rant but just know if you know us, whenever The Ace Family takes a break, it’s for a reason.”

In addition to their pregnancy, Catherine revealed yesterday that the couple secretly wed years ago in their backyard. “We look forward to having our ceremony in the future where our parents, friends, and family will attend,” she wrote.
