The consulting firm is meant to help brands create effective marketing content in partnership with digital stars like Sugg, Beverley, and Butler. It will offer brands talent-led content strategies, creative assets, talent selection and vetting, campaign delivery, distribution, and postdistribution reporting.

“Harnessing our experience in building people, brands, talent, and, ultimately, businesses, [Gleam Solutions] will deliver effective, creative, and innovative brand campaigns through a talent-first lense, to ensure authenticity and creativity come first,” Dominic Smales

, founder and CEO of Gleam Futures, said in a statement.

“When Gleam Futures started in 2010, I was immediately struck by the passion, knowledge, creativity and relatability that digital-first talent bring to their audiences,” he added. “As the industry has evolved, and as the sheer volume of talent has come to the fore, so too has our need to grow, evolve, and adapt to future needs.”

One of Gleam Futures’ recent creator-brand partnerships is Kellogg’s #PoweringYou campaign, with British athlete and blogger Sophie Radcliffe. Gleam says Radcliffe’s love of sports made her perfect for the campaign, which you can watch below.
