Top 50 Most Viewed US YouTube Channels • Week Of 1/13/2019

We’re back with another weekly installment of the Tubefilter Chart of the Top 50 Most Viewed US YouTube Channels. And a desintation full of nursery rhymes new and old is in the top spot.

Chart Toppers

Cocomelon – Nursery Rhymes has a solid hold on the second place position on our weekly Worldwide charts, but in the US it takes the top spot. The channel with a self-stated goal to “make learning a fun and enjoyable experience for kids” took home more than 489.9 million views during the week. In a far off second place is Movieclips. The YouTube outpost full of movie trailers and – you guessed it – clips from movies dipped 1% to amass almost 170.9 million views.

In third place is another children’s oriented channel. Toys and Colors’ self-stated goal is to “bring toys and colors to kids with fun and educational videos.” Viewers have certainly brought it a ton of views in return, with a final weekly count of nearly 149.5 million views. Next up at #4 is your toddler’s favorite six-year-old YouTube star. Ryan ToysReview closed out the week down 11% at 144.3 million views.

And rounding out the Top 5 is the YouTube home for America’s favorite sporting entertainment. WWE jumped up 61% on the week to slam down a little less than 140 million views.

Top Gainers

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is one of our Top Gainers in the US this week.

CBS’ flagship late night talk show program came back from holiday break to a lot of clips about the 45th President of the United States that at lot of people have watched on YouTube.

“Stephen is Back, The Government is Not,” is the most viewed of the bunch at over 3.3 million views since its upload on January 7. Add that to the handful of other politically-oriented clips that followed and The Late Show‘s YouTube channel saw a 204% week-over-week increase in views to amass more than 39.7 million views in the week can claim the #44 spot on the US charts.
