Fullscreen has hired former Omaze exec Stu Smith to serve as its VP of talent.
Reporting to GM of talent Beau Bryant as of today, Smith will be tasked with overseeing Fullscreen’s fully-managed talent division — a service that the company has quietly offered to an elite fleet of digital-native creators on top of its vast channel network for the past two years. In his new role, Smith will “optimize strategic programs” for talent and “further Fullscreen’s position as the leading next-gen talent services business,” according to a release.
Fullscreen provides all-around talent management services for the likes of The Dobre Brothers, Elle Mills, Aija Mayrock, Lucas Cruikshank, Khadi Don, and Cody Ko.

“Stu offers a unique mix of operational expertise and innate understanding of the talent business,” Bryant said of the hire. Most recently, Smith served as SVP of business development and partnerships at Omaze — an online fundraising platform that sells once-in-a-lifetime experiences to benefit charities. Prior to that, he served as global head of music and entertainment at ecommerce platform Teespring.
