Roman Atwood To Host $100,000 Giveaway In Biggest-Ever Edition Of Live.me’s Streaming Trivia Game

As Live.me prepares to give away a six-digit prize, it is turning to one of YouTube’s biggest stars for some help. On February 10, vlogger Roman Atwood will guest host the live streaming app’s QuizBiz game. The contestants who successfully navigate that session’s gauntlet of trivia questions will split a massive chest of winnings that will total $100,000.

QuizBiz, launched in December, uses a similar format to the buzzy trivia app HQ. During a live broadcast, a host reads out a series of 12 multiple-choice questions. Anyone who answers all 12 correctly will walk away with a chunk of the prize.

Atwood’s game will go live at 8 PM ET on the 10th, and it will be streamed on both Live.me the Cheez app. Atwood, a prankster-turned-family man, is one of Live.me’s most notable users and has hosted some of its most popular broadcasts to date.

“We’re thrilled to have Roman as a guest host for QuizBiz,” said Khudor Annous, Head of Marketing and Partnership for Live.me, in a press release. “He has such a passionate fan base, and he’s one of the most genuine creators we’ve had the pleasure of working with, that we didn’t even think of partnering with anyone else on this event.”

Live.me is poised to make QuizBiz into a must-play daily activity after seeing promising returns during the game’s first two months of activity. To that end, the company recently announce its plan to devote $1 million to prizes in February alone. Luckily, that investment won’t eat into the app’s pockets too badly; it recently announced a $50 million funding round led by Chinese internet giant Bytedance.
