Blackpills, the edgy French digital media upstart, has unveiled its latest influencer-driven project — The Social Network: LA.
Premiering on Monday on the Blackpills app, the unscripted limited series follows comedy powerhouse DeStorm Power, singer-songwriter Liane V, YouTube star Swoozie, Wild ‘N Out cast member Timothy DeLaGhetto, and Wuz Good — an Instagram star who frequently collaborates with Kevin Hart and King Bach. Billed by Blackpills as The Real World-meets-The Rich Kids Of Instagram, the series will provide an irreverent behind-the-scenes glimpse at the work politics and daily dramas that the above influencers encounter given that they all live in the same Hollywood apartment building.
Collectively, all five creators count a combined 38.7 million followers across all social platforms.

The series will be available for free on the Blackpills app for both iOS and Android. Blackpills, which launched last year by Deezer founder Daniel Marhely and former Canal+ International CEO Patrick Holzman, is available in over 30 countries to date. The company recently axed plans for a Logan Paul series in the wake of his suicide vlog scandal.
