Top Children’s YouTube Channel ChuChu TV Teams With Learning And Media Company For Educational Partnership

With its songs, nursery rhymes, and other videos, ChuChu TV has become a powerhouse in the world of children’s entertainment. On the company’s primary YouTube channel, it counts more than 13 million subscribers and over 11 billion views, which it has accrued while maintaining a wholesome and family-friendly vibe.

Now, ChuChu TV is looking to up the educational merit of its work. It has partnered with media company Skoolbo for ChuChu School, an upcoming venture that will teach basic scholastic subjects to its viewers.

Skoolbo, based in Singapore, is a purveyor of lessons, activites, and games, all aimed at preschoolers. The company’s products are trusted in classrooms around the globe, and they will be presented across the ChuChu School network, which will include a dedicated YouTube channel and an app.

The ChuChu School videos will live next to other ChuChu TV content on YouTube. The company’s most-popular clip, an hour-long compilation of nursery rhymes, has received more than 1.3 billion views to date.

“We couldn’t be happier in partnering with Skoolbo,” said ChuChu TV co-founder and CEO Vinoth Chandar in a press release. “We have huge respect for what they have achieved in terms of product growth. We are so passionate about educating children and see the huge potential of using the ChuChu TV characters and music to inspire and engage children to improve their learning.”

ChuChu School will debut with an English-language version in 2018. At least eight other language-specific versions are expected to launch through 2019.
