Following the release of her debut single “Fill The Void” in July, social media star and musician Alli Fitz — who goes by the online moniker AlliCattt — has released the music video for her follow-up track, “Disease“.
Fitz rose to renown on Vine — where she ultimately racked up more than 5 million followers for her slapstick comedy clips — and now she counts substantial followings on YouTube, Instagram, and Musical.ly. She says “Disease” is about a toxic relationship, and the video features a monster symbolizing her ex. It also touts a message of female empowerment, and is jam-packed with Fitz’s signature dance moves.
The 24-year-old Ohio native, who has worked with top-tier brands like Apple, Starbucks, and MTV, has been singing since she was eight. She writes most of her songs herself, says she’s influenced by Demi Lovato, and vows that more new music is on the way.
